ABIDJAN 11 November 2024 (Lana) Al-Ahli Tripoli Sport Club became the champion of the 2025 Road to BAL West Division Elite 16 qualifiers after winning yesterday in the final match against the Stade Malien team in the match hosted by the "Trichteville" Hall in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Al-Ahli dominated the first quarter and ended it with a large difference of 14 points and a score of 16/30, and the superiority of the Libyan champion continued in the second quarter and ended with a score of 22/24 to end the first half with a score of 38/54 points.

With the beginning of the second half, the Malian Stadium ended the third quarter with a score of 11/16 and completed its superiority in the fourth quarter with a score of 6/14 to end the match with Al-Ahli Tripoli's superiority with a score of 68/71 and crowned champion of the Western Division qualifiers for Africa for the first time in the history of Libyan basketball.
