Stephanie Williams : situation in Libya still fragile spite developments.

Rome, December 01, 2020 - Lana- The UN secretary general's special representative, and head of UNSMIL 'Stephanie Williams', mentioned that the situation in Libya is still fragile, despite the big progress in the resent months during the joint military talks by putting a roadmap which will lead the country to elections. During the Italian Mediterranean dialogue forum, Williams added; "the international community and the UN security council should support the Libyans through adopting a joint tactics to achieve stability in Libya". According to the Italian news agency AKI. Williams showed optimism towards possible changes in Libya, pointing out that the Libyans sat down with themselves in the same room with the same ambitions. "There are a lot of work to do, but the UN security council and international and regional acting parties should support the Libyan will " she said. =Lana=
