Tripoli, 10.04.2016(Lana) Rapporteur of the Supreme Council of State (SCS), Al Ajelli Mohamed Abusadeel said SCS discussed its internal code after its preparations by the advocacy committee. In statement to Lana following the session he said the general features of the code were presented to the members to be able to participate and present their remarks accordingly.
