Tripoli, 12.04.2016(Lana) 44th session of Tripoli International Fair in which over 230 local companies, individuals and agents took part concluded Tuesday. The pavilions of the fair witnessed display of various local products such as handicrafts, food products, and other manufactured goods besides oil and gas industry. Italian Coast Guard Rescues 2000 in the Mediterranean.

Rome, 12 April 2016(Lana) Italian coast guard announced that it had rescued 1850 migrants on Monday in separate operations in the canal that separates Italy from Libyan coasts. A statement issued by the Italian coast guard said Italian vessel Diocotte has extended assistance to two rubber dinghies carrying 740, while the navy ship Sigala Volgosi helped two other boats carrying 225 migrants.
