Tripoli, 30 June 2016(Lana) The Government of National Accord Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala has discussed at a meeting at the Ministry's headquarters here with the British Ambassador Peter Milliet ways of upgrading mutual cooperation between the two countries. Siala welcomed effort to re-open the British embassy in Tripoli, expressing hope that the process would be completed soon, so that the Embassy could offer its services to Libyan nationals. Serte, 29.06.2016(Lana) Fortified Structure forces, assigned by the Government of National Accord to liberate Serte and its outskirts, inflicted heavy human losses on the terrorist state organization. 15 members of Daesh were reported killed in the clashes in the 700 District in Serte. Tripoli, 29.06.2016 (Lana) Coast Guard of Zawia oil Refinery Post has rescued 246 illegal immigrants on board two boats 9 nautical miles off Sabratha. Libyan Navy spokesman Col Ayub Qassem told Lana said one of the boats was carrying 144 illegal immigrants and was about to sink before it was rescued by the coast guard.
