A report by the UNICEF had revealed that more than 974 thousands children , at the age of under 18 years old , are in an urgent need for humanitarian aid , due to the deterioration of the security situations in Libya. The report which was announced on Sunday , pointed out that more than two million and 400 thousands persons , including more than 425 thousands of them are displaced inside the country , are in an urgent aid , and 28 thousands foreigners of asylum seekers are stranded inside the country.
