The talks were led on the Libyan side by the Head of the Presidency Council Fayez Al Saraj and the Foreign Minister Mohamed Siala, and on the Maltese side by the Prime Minister Joseph Moscat and the Foreign Minister George Fila. The two sides discussed ways of combating terrorism and irregular migration. Tripoli, 15 December 2016(Lana) The Acting Head of the Presidency Council Ahmed Mi'tig had authorized the GNA Finance Minister to continue payment of salaries of the personnel in the staggering Libyan Ground Services Co. NOC Resumes Oil Exports From Sidra Oil Terminal Tripoli, 15 December 2016(Lana) A source at the National Oil Company has confirmed that the Norwegian Statoil Co.

is shipping 80000 barrels of oil from Al Sidra oil terminal on Friday on board the tanker Sea Mosiak. The NOC is planning to upload another shipment before the end of the year from the terminal which was closed since late 2014. The NOC lifted the force Majeure on oil exports from the terminals of Al Sidra and Ras Lanouf in mid September.
