Tripoli, 18 December 2016(Lana) Turkey has said it would officially deal with the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord and institutions brought about by the political agreement. In a statement posted to its website on the passage of 1 year of the political agreement, the Turkish Foreign Ministry said the Al Sukheirat agreement was a road map for the ongoing effort to establish peace and stability in Libya. Pumping of Oil From Wahat Fields Resumed.

Jalou, 18 December 2016(Lana) Dozens of oil fields in the Wahat region namely Jalou, Oujala, Jkhira and Marada have resumed production and pumping of crude and gas to export terminals. Operation engineers said the resumption of production and export would boost the oil industry and indeed the country's economy and help bring back foreign companies after the maintenance work is finished. Belgian Police Dismantle Group Smuggling Arms to Libya.
