Zubida warns against settling illegal immigrants in Libya.

Tripoli, 03.01.2017(Lana) Profesor of international law, Dr Mohamed Zubida warned Monday that the centers set up in Libya to accommodate illegal immigrants in Libya are illegal, pointing out that the specialized organ on refugee affairs is the UN High Commission for Refugees. Zubida explained in an interview with a Libyan Satellite Channel that Libya has not signed an agreement on this regard, and the presence of the agency in Libya is contrary to international law, by exploiting the state of security lapse as some refugees were settled and refugee cards were given to. ... South Korea extends travel ban of its citizens to 6 countries including Libya.

Seoul, 03.01.2017(Lana) South Korea Foreign Ministry decided Tuesday to extend the travel ban on its citizens to 6 countries including Libya up to July 31, 2017. The ministry attributed the reason for such extension to the unstable political situation, bad security and threats of terrorist groups. International Red Crescent delivers medical supplies to Serte Health Centres.

Serte, 03.01.2017(Lana) Medical supplies were delivered Tuesday to several health centres in Serte by the International Red Crescent in collaboration with the health sector, Serte Crisis Committee, and Red Crescent Society Misrata branch.
