Head of Fuel and Gas Committee says the next 48 hours to witness improvement inm the crisis.

Tripoli, 22.01.2017(Lana) Head of Fuel and Gas Crisis Committee, Milad Al hajrasy has announced that the next 48 hours are to witness improvement in fuel crisis due to efforts made to contain the crisis. He pointed out that 5 million liters of fuel are to be supplied daily to over 100 petrol stations in Tripoli and 1.5 million of diesel fuel. Electricity General Company announces reduction of power load distribution hours.

Tripoli, 22.01.2017(Lana) Electricity General Company (GECOL) announced Sunday reduction of power load shedding hours between three to four hours per day. Media department at the company told Lana that power production Sunday reached 5100 megawatt and that the company managed to supply the southern region with electricity. Misrata, 22.01.2017(Lana) Misrata Oncology Centre has released figures of patients frequenting the units and departments of the centre in 2016 despite lack of resources, budget and government support. Director of the Media and Information at the Centre said outpatient clinic last year received 50,470 cases of whom 5191 were hospitalized, 2271 were undergone surgical operations, and endoscopies were performed on 1046 patients. Water flows again to Tripoli.

Benghazi, 22.01.2017(Lana) Director of the Information office of the Great Man-made River, Tawfiq Shawihdi has confirmed that water has started to flow into the capital early Sunday morning. In statement to Lana he reassured the public in Tripoli that water supplies resumed gradually at dawn Sunday to supply all parts of the capital. Two power generating units arrived at Tripoli.

Communications and Media Department at the Presidency Council said the units would be installed and be integrated into the national grid within two months.
