Benghazi, 27 November 2017(Lana) The Libyan Antiquities Authority has launched a project for documenting and rehabilitating of the 'Libya Palace' as part of assistance program funded by UNESCO, with the aim of protecting Libyan archaeological sites. Work started on the eastern church which will be restored in terms of its roof and the ground mosaic, and removal of wild grass around the building.
