GNC Adamant Dialogue Must be Conducted on Libyan Soil Tripoli, 19 January 2015(Lana) The General National Congress on Sunday stated its commitment to conducting the UN-sponsored dialogue on Libyan soil and suggested Ghat as a venue.

The GNC stressed in a statement its adherence to the objectives of the Feb 17 Revolution, the constitutional declaration and the constitutional court ruling as undisputable basis for any political solution. Tripoli, 18.01.2015 - (Lana) Hatef Libya company 'Libya phone' today Sunday , said that an outage occurred in the communication cable linking between Ras-Lanoof and Sirte , which resulted in the outage of phone communications for Ben-Jawad and Nofliyah areas. Sources at the company department said to Libyan news agency - Lana - that , the cable cut is located at 56 kilometers from Ras-Lanoof in the direction to Ben-Jawad. Thousands of tons of fuel are illegally traded in the area stretching from Jaghboub in the east to Ghadamis in the west and from Kufra to Ghat.
