Cairo, 15 January 2015(Lana) Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri discussed with the visiting Canadian Foreign Minister John Bard developments in Libya. A spokesman for the Egyptian Foreign Ministry said the two ministers discussed regional and international issues including the latest developments in Libya and the dialogue between Libyan factions in light of the Geneva conference. Central Bank of Libya Denies Excluding Banks From Card Withdrawal Restrictions.

Tripoli, 15 January 2015(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya has denied that it had excluded any commercial banks from the ceiling it placed on bank cards withdrawals. In a statement, a copy of which was obtained by the Libyan news agency, CBL said it underlined the need for commercial bank to stick by the instructions contained in its circulation No (15) of 2014, placing a ceiling for daily and weekly withdrawals using bank cards.
