Tunisian authorities foils narcotics smuggling operation Tunis, 21 January 2015(Lana) Tunisian Customs authorities have foiled a narcotics trafficking operation into Libya, the second in less than ten days.

Tunisian news agency reported Tuesday that members of the border customs office at the Ras Jadier Lobyan-Tunisian common border crossing point seized 143 pieces of narcotics hidden in a car with Foriegn number plates and driven by a citizen of a neighbouring country. The agency did not disclose the nationality of the arrested person nor that of the other suspected individual. The drug weighs 34.562 kg it said. Ministry of Communications launch relief campaign.

Tripoli, 21 January 2015(Lana) Ministry of Communications in collaboration with the sector's companies launched Monday a relief campaign to alleviate the suffering of displaced families across the country and render assistance to them. Head of Relief Committeee, Mustapha Karaza told Lana that the relief was due to disputes and displacement of large number of families for their areas. GNC Member: No Agreement on Venue of Dialogue Meeting Reached Tripoli, 21 January 2015(Lana) A member of the General National Congress has disclosed that no city inside Libya has been agreed for holding the national dialogue meeting.

The cities, suggested to host the dialogue session which was agreed to be moved to a venue inside Libya, included Ghat, Kufra, Houn and Oujala, the GNC member Abdul Gader Al Hweili told the Libyan news agency. The matter was discussed at a meeting the GNC political committee held today with some parties to the dialogue, he said. Al Hweili pointed out to the possibility of delaying the meeting until next week, so that all parties could agree on the venue. Minister of oil meets training committee.
