Tripoli, 01.05.2015(Lana) Libyan journalists will mark on Sunday the international press day, which coincides with the 3 may. The event, which is organized by the Press Encouragement Authority under the theme "Free Press", will be held at Al-Wadan Hotel in Tripoli in the presence of several members of the GCN and ministers of the national salvation government, Head of the Press Encouragement Authority and several heads of the local media institutions and journalists. Tripoli Security Directorate warns from purchase of Chinese cooking gas cylinders.

Tripoli, 01.05.2015(Lana) The Tripoli Security Directorate warned people from purchasing the Chinese medium-size cooking cylinder to save lives. The Directorate said in a statement that the blue color cylinders being circulated in the market are useless and was not imported according to guarantees and the knowledge of Brega company. Tripoli, 01.05.2015(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya held an expanded meeting on Thursday to review the mechanisms through which the problem of smuggling currency could be addressed and to protect the State's foreign currency reserve. The meeting, which was headed by the Governor's advisor to economic affairs, Dr. Mohamed Abu Snaina, and Directors of commercial banks and heads of the central bank's departments. Third Force spokesman assigned to protect and secure the south Mohamed Qaliwan confirmed the return of the public displaced to Qaira.
