Gaza, 3 May 2105(Lana) A number of Israeli military boats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats in the Sea of the coast of Gaza, Palestinian sources said. The heavy gunfire off the coast Al Sudaniya in northern Gaza Strip forced the fishing boats to retreat to the coast and to abandon the fishing. A total of 3,427 people on 16 boats were picked up during the operation coordinated by the Italian coast guard. Although the toll did not break the one day record number of immigrants saved in the Mediterranean, still it is the highest rate in recent years. In April more than 1200 illegal migrants died. Al Quds, 3 May 2015(Lana) Extremist Israeli settlers were reported to have stormed their way into the yards of the blessed Al Aqsa Mosque on Sunday under heavy protection from the Israeli special Police Forces. Garabouli, 3 May 2015(Lana) The coast guard patrol on Sunday seized 5 boats which were in the process of conducting a journey to ferry illegal immigrants cross the Mediterranean to Europe, from Garabouli, 60 km east of Tripoli, a coast guard official said.
