Antonio Guterres: Gaza is becoming a cemetery for children.

New York, November 07, 2023 (LANA) - The Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, called for a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip, warning that the Strip was turning into a cemetery for children.
Guterres, said in a statement to reporters at the United Nations headquarters yesterday, Monday, that "the unfolding catastrophe makes the ceasefire for humanitarian reasons more urgent as the hours go by."
Guterres, condemned the ground operations carried out by the Israeli enemy, and the continuous bombing of civilians, hospitals, refugee camps, mosques, churches and United Nations facilities - including shelters.
