Member of Presidency Council Meets Members of Higher Competency Transfer Committee.

Tripoli, 22 September 2019(Lana) Member of the Presidency Council, Chairman of the Higher Competency Transfer Committee Mohamed Emari zayed met on Saturday member of the committee Ministers of Local Government Milad Al Taher and Employment Al Mehdi Al Werdhemi. According to the Cabinet Communication Office the meeting was devoted to assessing the results of the conference held in Tunis recently on 'lay out of strategic path for local government in Libya' and execution of its recommendations, as well as liaison with international organisations which support transfer from central government rule to devolution. There was an emphasis on role of the Ministry of employment in the coming period to prepare a plan to absorb employees in the sectorial offices which will delegate their competence to local councils in accordance with the plan. =Lana=
