House of Commons fixes Monday to vote on referendum bill on draft constitution.

concluded discussions on the draft constitution and fixed next Monday
July 30 as date to vote on the reffferunum bill, calling on members
of the House to attend such an important session.
House of Representatives official spokesman Abdulla Belihiq,
said in press statement, among items discussed is one to subdivide
Libya into three constituencies and the need for two-thirds plus one
majority at national level.
'many controls were discussed to tighten control during the
voting process to get maximum transparency and fairness and protect
the referendum against fraud'.
The HoR also discussed facilitating the voting process to every
Libyan to encourage the public contribute to selecting a constitution
to the country to protect rights of the public and define their
rights'.
