Sebha, 21 February 2017(Lana) The Libyana Mobile Co. has said it had launched a project to upgrade services across areas of Khatt Al wadi to the Municipality of Ghat. Tripoli, 21 February 2017(Lana) The National Oil Company and the Russian Rosneft firm have signed an agreement for cooperation in the oil sector. The signing took place at the International Oil Week held in London and attended by major international oil companies from Europe and the Middle East.
