Libyana Launches Project to Upgrade Network in the South.

Sebha, 21 February 2017(Lana) The Libyana Mobile Co. has said it had launched a project to upgrade services across areas of Khatt Al wadi to the Municipality of Ghat. The Director of Information Technology in Al Ghrefa municipality Amer Gibrael told the Libyan news agency the upgrading project involved changing all old equipment, and supplying some stations with power generators, in anticipation of introducing the 4th generation technology to the region by July after maintenance of stations is carried out. =... Tripoli, 21 February 2017(Lana) The National Oil Company and the Russian Rosneft firm have signed an agreement for cooperation in the oil sector. The signing took place at the International Oil Week held in London and attended by major international oil companies from Europe and the Middle East.
