Memorandum of Understanding Signed by Ministry of Justice and 'EUBAM'.

Tripoli, 15 February 2018(Lana) A memo of understanding was signed on Wednesday by the GNA Ministry of Justice and the EU Border Assistance Mission 'EUBAM'. The memo calls for Libya to utilize the EU expertise in criminal justice, capacity building in the area of justice and other judicial and control bodies as well as management of prisons and judicial infrastructure as confirmed by the GNA Minister of Justice.
