Libya Removed From FATF List.

Tripoli, 22 February 2018(Lana) The Central Bank of Libya congratulated the President of the Presidency Council and the Minister of Justice for their effort which culminated in lifting Libya from the list of 'non-cooperative countries and territories.' The bank said the decision by the Financial Action Task Force FARF to remove Libya from the non-coopering countries list will have positive impact and reinforces confidence of international economic and financial institutions in Libya's financial and banking institutions. Italian Company implements air controller tower at Amitiqa Airport.

Tripoli, 22 February 2018 (Lana) Airports Authority in Tripoli said the site for construction of air control tower at Amitiqa airport was handed over to the Italian Company contracted by Civil Aviation Authority. IOM Distributes Assistance to Tauergha Displaced East of Bani Walid.

Bani Walid, 22 February 2018(Lana) The International Organisation of Migration IOM has distributed assistance to the displaced people of Tauergha stranded at an area east of Bani Walid in collaboration with the 'Ayadi Al Kheir' charity organisation. 170 families have received hygiene materials and children drapers.
