Saila takes part in second African-Turkish ministerial conference.

Istanbul, 12 February 2018 (Lana) GNA Foreign Minister, Mohamed Saila took part Monday in the second African-Turkish ministerial conference held in Istanbul with the participation of 20 countries and representatives of African communities. Media Office of the Foriegn Ministry said Saila is taking part in the conference as a representative to the Arab Maghreb Union which Libya currently chairs.
