Tripoli, 4 March 2018 (Lana) High National Elections Commission (HNEC) has announced that total number of electorates registered abroad reached 5430 electorates up to Saturday. HNEC said the highest number of registration was in the UK where 1200 electorates were registered, and the lowest one was in Cyprus where only 8 people registered. Tripoli, 28 February 2018 (Lana) The Presidency Council has announced that any attack on the army's camps and premises is an attack on Libya's national sovereignty that threatens the entire security of the country.
