UN envoy condemns blast described as direct attack on Libyans.

Tripoli, 4 May 2018(Lana) Head of UNSMIL, Ghassan Salama has denounced the explosion that targeted High National Elections Commission (HNEC) in Tripoli, Wednesday. 'This cowardly attack against democratic bastion was direct attack on Libyan people, it's will to build just civil stats, and it's hopes to find exit that ends transitional phase and brings reassurance and stability to the Libyan scene' Salama said.
