Tripoli, 25 April 2018(Lana) The UN Support Mission in Libya has condemned the ongoing fighting in the southern Libyan city of Sebha. The mission said in on its website that the fighting which started on Saturday April 21 killed 5 and wounded several others, while the Sebha Medical Centre has sustained damage as a result of the shelling. Tripoli, 24 April 2018(Lana) Libya has to meet its needs of cereals for 2018 through imports, said Abdul Monem Shihab Addin the Head of Steering C committee of the Ministry of Agriculture. Half of cereals needs could be met locally if security and electricity supply improved, Shihab Addin said, adding this requires investing no less than $120 million, of which 10 million will go to seeds alone. Paris, 24 April 2018 (Lana) Libya's Representative to UNESCO, Dr Abdelqader Al Saeh has confirmed that recovery of smuggled Libyan archaeology is continuing in coordination between Libyan and Spanish authorities.
