Tripoli, 24 April 2019(Lana) The President of the Presidency Council of the Government of National Accord Fayez Al Serraj on Tuesday met the President of the High Council of State Khalid Al Meshri and the Governor of the Central Bank of Libya Al Sidiq Al Kabir. Tripoli, 24 April 2019 (Lana) GNA Presidency Council issued Decree No 531/2019 re-organizing Medical Insurance. The decree expands the medical insurance to cover all state employees including local administration, institutions, authorities, councils and centers and all other public authorities including the judiciary, police, and customs.
