Tripoli, 24 April 2019 (Lana) GNA Presidency Council issued Decree No 531/2019 re-organizing Medical Insurance. The decree expands the medical insurance to cover all state employees including local administration, institutions, authorities, councils and centers and all other public authorities including the judiciary, police, and customs. It also covers Libyan national Army and Public Security, all staff of the private sector such as companies be they national or foreign and non-Libyans residing in Libya.
