Salama Condemns Shelling of Tripoli Civilian Quarters.

Tripoli, 17 April 2019(Lana) The UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghasan Salama has condemned the rocket attack against the Tripoli civilian quarter of Abu Salim, which continued through the night on Tuesday. The Envoy issued a statement in which he said the shelling has led to a large number of dead and wounded among the civilians. Medical sources said initial reports have indicated that women and children were hurt in the shelling, and a family has lost a mother, a daughter and a granddaughter.
