Tripoli, 21 October 2019(Lana) The UN children organisation UNICEF has said that 16 million children under 5 were suffering malnutrition in the Middle East and North Africa, particularly because of conflicts in Libya, Syria, Yemen and Sudan. Tripoli, 21 October 2019(Lana) GNA Ministry of Education and the Spanish University of Valencia have signed an agreement of cooperation.
