Salama Addresses Message to Libyans Urging Ceasefire and Talks to Resolve Their Crisis.

Tripoli, 11 December 2019(Lana) UN Special Envoy to Libya Ghasan Salama has warned against grave violations of human rights in Libya, and urged Libyans to halt the ongoing fighting on the outskirts of the capital, and to return to the negotiating table to resolve their differences.
