Lebanon Foils to Smuggle Large Quantity of Hashish Made for Export to Libya.

Tripoli, 18 November 2019(Lana) The anti-narcotics and money laundering unit of the Lebanese Custom Authority has announced that it had thwarted two attempts to smuggle a large quantity of opium 'Hashish', adding that a man was arrested. The Lebanese Television Channel LBC quoted a custom official as saying in the first operation 1567 kilograms of Hashish were seized. Berlin, 17 November 2019(Lana) CEO of the German Oil and Gas Group Wintershall Mario Mehirene said 'Company's management has no intention to Leave Libya despite all security challenges which obstruct its plans.'
