Tripoli, 29 December 2019(Lana) GNA Minister of Economy Fouzi Al Isawi has said that the Ministry would sign, in the new year, an agreement with 6 commercial banks, to provide loans to the youth 50% of which guaranteed by the state. In view of the current circumstances in the country which prevented conducting the festival on its original time, the committee decided to postpone the event until January 2020.
