Coast Guard arrest two inflatable boats with 211 illegal migrants.

Tripoli, 17.04.2015(Lana) Members of the Coast Guard of the navy forces in Hmaidiya checkpoint arrested on Friday two inflatable boats with 211 illegal migrants on board. Coast Guard units discovered the two boats while on a regular patrol mission 8 nautical miles from Qarabouli area, this morning, spokesperson of the navy forces, Col. Ayub Qassim, told Lana. Col. Qassim added that there were 334 women, 12 children and 6 cases of significant burns on board the boats, most of the detainees are from the African Horn region. Tunis, 16.04.2015(Lana) The Tunisian government announced Thursday to send an assessment committee within the next 48 hours to assess situation of Libyan airports to resume air links between the two countries.
