NOC: Anonymous Brokers Are Negotiating to Sell Libyan Oil Illegally on the Market.

Tripoli, 16 April 2105(Lana) The National Oil Company has said that anonymous brokers have offered to sell Libyan crude oil illegally on the market. The Company said in a statement, it has obtained information from sources in the oil market which it described as credible, that some mediators and brokers, of unknown affiliation, have offered to sell Libyan crude on the market illegally.
