Tripoli, 23.07.2015 - (Lana) - Head of the National Salvation Government 'Khalifa Ghawil' , ruled-out the engagement of human-smugglers in the kidnapping incident of four Italians near the complex of ENI company for oil and gas in Milita area , west of Tripoli.
