Tripoli, 04.11.2015(Lana) Proposed head of National Consensus Government, Faiz Sarage held talks in Cairo yesterday with the High Representative of the EU External Policies, Federica Moghrini. UNSMIL decided to increase members of the presidential Council to 9 instead of 6. as provided for in the draft agreement.
