Algiers, 03.11.2015(Lana) Algerian minister for Maghreb Affairs, Abdulqader Mesahle appealed to all Libyan parties to put Libyan national interest over all considerations. UNSMIL decided to increase members of the presidential Council to 9 instead of 6. as provided for in the draft agreement.
