Tripoli, 08.11.2015(Lana) Central Bank of Libya granted 81 companies documentary credits to import flour at the cost of 875 million Libyan dinars. Deputy minister of Economy Ali Al-Mahjoub has underlined that the National Salvation Government decided to continue subsidizing flour until the CBoL puts in place a mechanism to disburse the subsidy in cash directly to the citizens instead of food stuff subsidy. He attributed the situation to the deteriorating infrastructure inherited from the former regime.
