Algiers, 03.11.2015(Lana) Algerian minister for Maghreb Affairs, Abdulqader Mesahle appealed to all Libyan parties to put Libyan national interest over all considerations. He asserted that the draft political accord among the Libyans is consensual and a cause for satisfaction. Tripoli, 03.11.2015(Lana) UNSMIL decided to expand the geographical representation at the State Presidential Council of the National Consensus Government. UNSMIL decided to increase members of the presidential Council to 9 instead of 6. as provided for in the draft agreement.
