Kobler takes over as UN envoy to Libya.

UN, 17.11.2015(Lana) The UN press office has announced that the German diplomat, Martin Kobler would take over from the Spanish Bernardino Leon as UN envoy to Libya on Tuesday. In a statement Monday, the press office said Mr. Kobler is committed to ensure that the UN continue facilitation of the Libyan dialogue and build on what the Libyan parties realized up to now.
