Ghiryan, 17.11.2015(Lana) Ghiryan Municipal Council held GNC and NSG responsible due to deteriorating economic conditions in the city. In a statement, a copy of which was received by Lana, Ghiryan Municipal Council attributed the deteriorating economic situation in the city to not disbursing any budget and devolve powers since its elections. In a statement Monday, the press office said Mr. Kobler is committed to ensure that the UN continue facilitation of the Libyan dialogue and build on what the Libyan parties realized up to now.
