Tripoli, 13 January 2106(Lana) The Libyan Red Crescent Society on Wednesday run a medical convoy to the city of Nalut containing medical supplies and volunteer doctors. Accompanying the convoy are 17 doctors of different specialties who volunteered to treat patients children, men and women, said Malek Merseet, Director of the Red Crescent information office and a volunteer doctor with the convoy. Tripoli, 13 January 2016(Lana) The last quarter of 2015 has seen grave violations and assaults against journalists and the media in Libya, which could threaten the entire journalistic and media work, a watchdog report said. Tripoli, 13 January 2106(Lana) The Audit Office has retrieved more than LD 6 billion from public departments in 2015, which it paid back into the public revenue accounts at the Central Bank of Libya. The Audit Office adviser, who is chairman of the follow up committee of state-funded accounts Saleh Darhoub, said 1400 public departments have so far returned the unspent amounts.
