Director of Passport Authority in Gharyan Kidnapped.

Gharyan, 17 January 2016(Lana) The Director of the passport authority Gharyan branch Rawad Omar Al Msagri was kidnapped on Saturday in mysterious circumstances. Al Msagri disappeared in Al Regai'at on Kassarat highway on his way back to Gharyan from Tripoli, his brother Haitham told the Libyan news agency. Heitham said his brother's car was found dumped on the roadside in Al Rgai'at, and inside it were a number of passports which were in his possession, his laptop and a LD 100 cash.
