Arresting a gang carried out more than (20) armed robberies in Jofra region.

Jofra, April 23, 2025 (LANA) - The Southern Reorganization Committee announced today, Wednesday, the arrest of an armed gang in the Jofra region following a tight security operation that resulted in the arrest of the individuals involved in carrying out a series of armed robberies.

The committee stated, that the arrested members of the armed gang confessed during initial investigations to having carried out more than (20) robberies targeting public and private property and citizens in several areas of Jofra during the past period.

The committee explained that the security operation involved patrols from the General Directorate of Security Operations, the Criminal Investigation Department of the Jofra Security Directorate, and the Hun Police Station. The raid was carried out based on accurate information and joint coordination between all relevant security agencies.
