Libyan-Serbian discussions to settle issues of the debt owed to Libya.

Tripoli, April 21, 2024 (Lana) The GNU Minister of Finance, Khaled Al-Maboruk, discussed in Washington with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of Serbia, Sinisa Mali, issues related to the settlement of the debt owed to Libya by Serbia.

At the end of the meeting, they agreed to coordinate to hold a meeting at the expert level to reach a final settlement of the debt, according to the Facebook page of the Finance Ministry.

It is noteworthy that this meeting came as part of a series of official meetings by Al-Mabrouk and his accompanying delegation on the sidelines of the 2024 spring meetings of the Bank Group and the International Monetary Fund, which are being held in Washington these days.
