Libyan Embassy in Tunisia participates in the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Organization of African Unity.

Tripoli 27 May 2023 (Lana) The Chargé d'Affaires of the Libyan Embassy in Tunisia, Mustafa Ben Kadara, and the Libyan diplomatic mission participated in the celebration held by the Tunisian Foreign Ministry on the occasion of the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Organization of African Unity.

The Libyan Embassy in Tunisia participated on the sidelines of this celebration in a number of activities that gave an honorable image of Libyan culture and the convergence of Arab and African cultures.

This celebration of the anniversary of the founding of the organization in most African countries comes to enhance the successes of the organization, African unity, and its commitment to peace, democracy, and economic development.

The celebration, which was held at the headquarters of the Tunisian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, was attended by ambassadors accredited to African countries in Tunisia, its eastern consuls, representatives of Tunisian ministries and economic structures, and a number of African officers in Tunisia.

It is noteworthy that the Organization of African Unity was founded on May 25, 1963, and this anniversary is celebrated in most Arab and African countries.
