Rome 24 May 2023 (Lana) The Chief of the General Staff of the Libyan Army, Lieutenant General "Muhammad Al-Haddad" and his accompanying delegation visited Italy, and he was received by the Italian Chief of Defense Staff, Admiral "Cavo Dragoni".

Al-Haddad held a meeting at the headquarters of the Italian Army, "Palazzo Divisa", in which the two parties discussed some agreements in the area of training and joint cooperation, and some obstacles and the possibility of addressing them.

Al-Haddad, accompanied by the Italian Chief of Defense Staff, visited the Italian Ministry of Defense, during which he held talks with the Italian Minister of Defense, "Guido Crosito," about all the agreements related to the Libyan and Italian military institutions, the extent of joint cooperation in all military areas (land, sea, air, and military medicine), obstacles, and solutions.
