Batili and Al-Mashri discuss tracks supporting holding elections.

Tripoli, March 27, 2023 (LANA) - The head of the High Council of State, "Khaled Al-Mashri", met today, Monday, the UN envoy, Mr. "Abdullah Batili" at his residence in the capital, Tripoli.

During the meeting, the Council's position on electoral laws, which should not exclude anyone for political reasons, was emphasized.

  For his part, Batili stressed the importance of reaching agreements that take into account the current situation in the country and help in reaching the elections, according to what was published by the Media Office of the High Council of the State on its official Facebook page.

The discussion took place on the last meeting of the 5 + 5 Military Committee in Tripoli, and the emphasis on the role of this track in supporting the electoral process by developing plans to secure the elections.
