 Not long after the decision of the Secretary-General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, issued on Monday, December 6, the appointment of the American Stephanie Williams, as his special advisor on Libya, she began her duties immediately and began conducting intensive contacts and meetings with the parties concerned in the country, in order to reach an end to the stalemate that the Libyan situation is going through.
