Philip Hammond: Britain does not rule out sending troops to Libya.

, today Sunday , said that we cannot rule out sending troops to Libya
, if the accord government asked for that.
Saying to "the Sunday telegraph" news paper , "for Britain to conduct
a combat role of any kind , on land , air or sea , that won't happen
, only with the approval of the British parliament" ; Hammond added.
Last week , Hammond said to the parliament that , there are no plans
to send combat troops to Libya , in a response to media reports
quoted that a British special forces , are actually active in Libya.
