British Foreign Minister: International Community Ready to Assist Libyan Government.

Hammond has said the international community were ready to extend
help to the Libyan government to start work from Tripoli.
Hammond, who was speaking at a joint press conference with the
Deputy Head of the Presidential Council in Tripoli, said the
international community were prepared to extend support to the Libyan
coast guard to combat illegal migration.
He disclosed that EU foreign and defence officials would be
connected with the Head of the Presidential Council Fayez Al Saraj
via closed circuit during the EU meeting today.
